The free assessment is a five-minute questionnaire that produces a readiness score and a general roadmap from your own answers. The Audit is half a day inside your business. We validate how work actually happens, quantify the "Admin Tax" from observed processes and rank the opportunities for your specific systems and team.
Do I have to buy anything afterwards?
No. The report and roadmap are yours. There is no obligation to proceed and the walkthrough call is not a sales call. If you do engage newlens within 90 days, the Audit counts as your discovery phase.
What do you need from us on the day?
Up to 4 hours with someone who knows how the work really gets done, usually the owner or an operations lead. We may ask to see, not touch, the systems you use. We never need passwords or admin access.
Can you do the Audit remotely?
The Audit works best on site because that is where the real processes live. Where distance makes that impractical, we can agree a remote format over video.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. £650 covers the preparation, the half day on site within 30 miles of Sudbury, the report and the walkthrough call. The only variables are travel beyond 30 miles, agreed in advance at cost, and any extension you ask for beyond the 4 hours.
