How it works

90 minutes. One to one. At your premises.

We start with how you work today and what you want AI to take off your plate. We get your tools set up properly and personalised to you. We build an instruction set together, tuned to your role and your business. Then we put it to work on two or three of your real tasks. You drive throughout, so what you learn sticks.

Before the session

You complete a short intake form. That tells me how you work, so I arrive prepared and we spend the time on you, not on setup questions.

Common questions

Do I need anything before the session?

Your laptop and your AI account login. You will complete a short intake form beforehand so I arrive prepared.

Which AI does this cover?

ChatGPT and Claude, plus clear guidance on which one suits you and which plan is right for your needs.

Do I need a paid AI subscription?

The session works with free or paid accounts. If you are on a free plan you may reach usage limits during the hands-on part of the session. A paid subscription gets the most from our time together. Either way, advising on the right plan for you is part of the session.

I have never really used AI. Is this for me?

Yes. The session meets you where you are. There is no jargon and no assumed knowledge.

Where do you cover?

Sudbury and the surrounding area, up to about 16 miles, including Bury St Edmunds. Travel is included.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Plans change. You can reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancel more than 7 days before your session and we will refund you in full. Within 7 days we cannot offer a refund, as your slot is reserved, but you can reschedule once if you give at least 48 hours notice.
