Why newlens exists

The same problems that large businesses solve with dedicated analytics teams exist in 20-employee SMEs. The SME version is just less visible. Manual data handling, "Admin Tax", "Data Debt", reporting gaps, pricing inconsistencies. None of these need to be solved by hiring an enterprise consultancy. They need someone with enterprise pattern recognition who is willing to apply it at SME scale, with SME pricing.
